Prices
F.O.B. shipping point.
All prices listed are for domestic shipments only and are subject to change without notice.  Federal, state, and local taxes are not included and will be added where applicable.  Prices and specifications are also subject to change without notice.
Terms
Net 30 days on open accounts.
Delivery
Some Magtorx products are available and in stock.  For products, which are not in stock, the normal lead time is six to eight weeks. However, some catalog or custom products may be quoted with longer lead times.  Expedited delivery can be provided for urgent requirements.
Shipments
Normally, all orders are shipped by the best available ground transportation.  Airfreight or air express is available upon request.
Quotations (
Request Quotation)
We welcome inquiries regarding standard, modified standard, and custom power supplies.  Please provide your Magtorx sales representative with complete specifications including quantity and desired delivery schedule.  Written quotations from Magtorx are valid for 30 days after the date on the quote form.  Any other arrangement is only acceptable in written form from an authorized Magtorx company official.

 

Warranty/Repairs
Magtorx will repair or replace at its option any equipment for the programmable Digital Power Supply (DPS) that does not perform to published specifications as a result of defective material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.  No other obligations or liabilities are implied or expressed. Please call Magtorx for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions to ensure acceptance at Magtorx's receiving department.  Returns must be freight prepaid to Magtorx and the RMA number must be visible on the package.  Magtorx will test, burn-in, and completely re-test units to all production test parameters prior to re-boxing for shipment.  Magtorx will bill customers a $100.00 minimum for labor, handling and freight charges for each “non-defective” device. For repair of out-of-warranty units Magtorx charges a flat fee of 40% of the new unit price.  Customers will be notified of charges before any work is performed.
Testing
Prior to shipment from Magtorx each item is tested to ensure that it performs within its specifications.  All Magtorx products are rated to accommodate normal component deviations.
Technical Revisions and Product Changes
Although product information and illustrations in this manual were current at the time of publication, in a continuing effort to offer excellent products at a fair value, Magtorx reserves the right to change specifications, designs, and models without notice.  Product appearance and safety labeling may also change depending on the date manufactured.
